This daylight location is a modular studio designed for photo, film and event productions. With a ceiling height of 3.90 m and a total area of 115 m², it offers generous space for larger sets, creative layouts and flexible workflows. The studio features a 32A high-voltage power connection, a ceiling rail system, the option for exterior lighting and full blackout, and is suitable for original sound recording with prior notice. The open room layout makes it ideal for versatile photo and film productions, as well as events of all kinds. A dedicated make-up and styling area can be provided in the adjacent loft, offering additional comfort and privacy. High-speed Wi-Fi, a freight elevator, parking spaces with a loading zone and direct access to the loft ensure smooth and efficient production days.
