This spacious industrial loft offers a modern and flexible environment for photo, film, events and workshops. With its authentic industrial design, high-quality interior and open-space layout, it is the ideal setting for creative productions of all kinds. The loft can be fully darkened, provides strong power connections, high-speed Wi-Fi and an atmosphere that adapts to any concept. For photo and video productions, the rental price for 10 hours is 1000 €, plus a 140 € energy and cleaning fee, 60 € studio support or 150 € on weekends. For events and film productions, the 10-hour rental starts from 1600 € on request, with energy, cleaning and studio support calculated depending on the workload.
