Studio1 is a bright south-facing daylight studio that can also be fully darkened when needed. With a 4 m ceiling height, a 100 m² open layout and a spacious cyclorama, it offers an ideal setup for both photo and film productions. The studio provides strong power connections, a ceiling rail system and air conditioning to support professional workflows. A dedicated make-up and styling area is available, making Studio 1 a versatile and well-equipped space for modern creative productions.
Studio 2 is a bright daylight studio with a north-facing window front that can also be fully darkened for controlled lighting. With a 4 m ceiling height and a flexible 115 m² layout, the space is ideal for photo and film productions of all sizes. The studio features strong 16A and 32A power connections, a ceiling rail system and the option for exterior lighting, making it highly adaptable for different visual setups. The grey industrial-style floor and modular wall elements offer creative freedom for larger set builds and custom layouts. A make-up and styling area can be added on request or combined with another studio for extended comfort. With high-speed Wi-Fi, a freight elevator, parking and a loading zone, Studio 2 provides a smooth and efficient workflow for any production.
Studio 3 is a bright daylight studio with a residential-style atmosphere, featuring a kitchenette and a comfortable seating area. With a ceiling height of 3.60 m and a 100 m² layout, the space is perfect for food and living productions as well as workshops and smaller events. The studio can be fully darkened, offers exterior lighting options and is equipped with 16A and 32A high-voltage power connections, making it highly flexible for both photo and film setups. A separate daylight make-up room is available, and a professional styling area can be arranged on request or combined with Studio 4 for additional space. High-speed Wi-Fi, a freight elevator, parking spaces and a dedicated loading zone ensure smooth logistics for every production. Studio 3 delivers a warm, modern and functional environment for creative work of all kinds.
Studio 4 is a versatile daylight studio with a clean, modern layout and a total area of 115 m², which can be expanded to 215 m² when combined with Studio 3. With a 4 m ceiling height, strong 16A and 32A power connections and a ceiling rail system, the studio offers everything needed for professional photo and film productions. The space features exterior lighting options, full blackout capability and is suitable for original sound recording with prior notice. The elegant grey industrial-style floor and modular wall elements provide flexibility for larger set builds and creative concepts. A separate daylight make-up room with a professional mirror adds comfort for talent and crew, while high-speed Wi-Fi, a freight elevator, parking spaces and a dedicated loading zone ensure smooth logistics throughout the production. Studio 4 delivers a spacious, adaptable environment ideal for teams looking for a modern and efficient creative space.
The Loft is a spacious industrial-style space offering 300 m² of open layout, expandable to 410 m² when combined with Studio 2. With a ceiling height of 3.30 m, a flexible ceiling rail system and strong 32A and 63A power connections, it provides the perfect environment for photo and film productions, events, workshops and seminars. The Loft can be fully darkened, supports exterior lighting and is suitable for original sound recording with prior notice. The authentic industrial character, high-quality interior and optional vintage furniture create a unique atmosphere for creative and commercial projects. A professional catering kitchen is available on request, making the Loft ideal for productions with larger teams or live events. Additional features such as high-speed Wi-Fi, a freight elevator, parking spaces and a dedicated loading zone ensure smooth logistics and an efficient workflow.
